Currently vacant and previous leasee was "Family Dollar"for over 20 years which is just around the corner with a larger space. Per Blue Island, "No liquor license" to be granted. Multiple parking spaces around building along with municipal parking across from parcel. Metra a few blocks away and bus stop in front of building across the street. City of Blue Island looking for new tenants with a nice business model. Note: Phase 1 performed and passed. Also, Taxes included based on 50% of bill will be divided by 12 months by owner until new classification is granted that would be a class 7C.
